Novatech Group wins platinum for the 2022 Best Managed Companies

Sainte-Julie (Quebec), May 10, 2022 – Groupe Novatech is rewarded for the seventh consecutive year and receives the title of platinum member among the winning companies of the prestigious list of Companies best managed in Canada.

Since 2015, the company has been recognized for its overall performance and sustained growth by receiving this prestigious title year after year. To distinguish itself, Groupe Novatech has demonstrated its raison d’être, its vision, its mission, the relevance of its business model and its corporate strategy. Over the years, the manufacturing company has experienced significant growth, fueled in particular by a series of complementary strategic acquisitions that have enabled it to become a key player in the door and glazing industry across the North America.

In 2021, Groupe Novatech acquired two patio door manufacturing plants in Quebec and Ontario. Thanks to these acquisitions, Novatech consolidates its position as the largest Canadian manufacturer for this type of product with its seven production sites. Recently, more than $50 million was invested in its plants in modernizing equipment and automating operations, which allowed for an increase in production capacity. The group has created more than 60 new jobs.

In Sainte-Julie, the steel door plant has been considerably expanded and the addition of equipment, notably two Intercept lines and a second press for steel panels, will allow a 25% increase in production. The company is also looking to fill more than 30 positions to support this growth.
